Hi, I am a mother of four beautiful children, who returned to school at the age of 42 years to obtain her Degree in the Culinary Arts world of Patsserie and Baking. I chose this path of study because of my love for decorating, creating, baking and the joy I get when I see kids of all ages from 2 to 92 smile when they receive that birthday cake that is all about them.
I also knew that in life if we do what we truly love we will be successful in it; but my drive to follow my passion was mostly to give my kids a stable home - a place they can truly call home, no more motels and endless addresses every year, that they could not remember their last address or phone number because it changed so quickly they hardly had time to memorize it. After many failed businesses where we were scammed out of money constantly; I came to the realiztion that I needed to put all my energy, time and effort into working and building my own business by doing what I love the most BAKING AND CREATING GOURMET DESSERTS from scratch. This is when I researched culinary schools and decided to attend full time at one of the Le Cordon Bleu Schools.

I truly believe with one penny at a time we can start helping one family at a time. My long term plan for my future is to own my own bakery with fresh bake goods made from scratch and as a part of that bakery I will create my charity call ONE PENNY and my slogan will be "With one penny we can help families back from homelessness".
